The position / About the job:

Key Responsibilities in this role:

  • Ensuring the healthy functioning of the master data systems, from the perspective of ensuring zero impact on business owing to correctness, completeness and timeliness ( TAT ) for master data records.
  • Timely reporting of issues related to Master data system to the IT team for capturing and resolution of the issues
  • Successfully participating and contributing in the improvement and transformational projects
  • Express Order Delivery - On Time in Full delivery of External customers orders , Inventory Control and Order Booking and Invoicing TATs. , Backlog Review Efficiency

Who you are

As a MDM Analyst Express Delivery Order Handling Expert in Pune location for our Order Management team you would be responsible managing the master data for the Enterprise systems and solutions at execution level and end to end cycle of Order Management for the After Sales order which have been classified for Express delivery .

Also to above core responsibility, the above position need to contribute towards process improvements , in capturing the current gaps and root cause for any deviation from the process or timeline and take it forward with relevant stakeholders to come up with proper and scientific solutions.

What you can be

  • Bachelor of technology with major in Computer Science and related branches like Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence or Data Analytics.
  • Hands on experience in handling the Enterprise level systems would be an advantage Degree in marketing or communication would be an advantage
  • Satisfactory knowledge of Master Data Management and Order Management cycle with related process experience of at least 3-5 years working with cross functional stakeholders
  • Must be a person with self-drive to bring about continuous improvement in processes. must be dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills, courageous and decisive.
  • Should demonstrate data driven and stakeholder inclusive approach of handling a problem
  • Strong attention to detail, natural curiosity with ability to problem-solve creatively
  • Exceptionally effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
