Job Description

We are looking for a competitive, trustworthy, fast learner and passionate medical representative to help us build up our business activities.A medical representativejob is to promote and sell the companys medical equipment and products like physiotherapy equipments, DVT pumps, various braces for orthopaedic and sports medicine purpose, orthopaedic instruments and medical devices like knee replacement, hip replacement, shoulder replacement implants and general orthopaedic implants to doctors and pharmacists.Key responsibilities include:

  1. The medical representative will be responsible to increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products in the market.
  2. Organising appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  4. Identifying and establishing new business.
  5. Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
  6. Negotiating contracts
  7. Undertaking relevant market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  8. Meeting Both the business and scientific needs ofhealthcare professionals
  9. Participate and organising trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings on behalf of the company
  10. Managing budgets and Reviewing sales performance
  11. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  12. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Requirements:Qualification and Experience:
  • B.P.T/B.Sc. (Electronics) /B.Sc. (Life sciences)/B.Pharm / BE orB.Tech (Electronics) with 2 to 3 years proven experience as medical representative in medical/hospital field or relevant role will be preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Should have good communication Skill
Location : PuneOffice Timing: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Weekly off: SundayBudgeted Salary: Rs.25,000/- P.M Salary Not Constraint for The Right Candidate
