Job Description

MICE Sales Executive for a higly reputed organisation in Travel and Tourism Industry.MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conferencing, Exhibitions )Location: Pune BranchBasic requirements:Masters/Bachelors degree preferably in travel studies and/or Diploma/equivalent in travel and tourism

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile.
  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MICE outbound and inbound travel
Brief profile:
  • Identify and meet with existing and potential corporate clients and expand the guest base to achieve MICE sales and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in overall business.
  • Convert inquiries to bookings (achieve conversion ratio)
  • Deliver proposals and services to clients in a timely manner and as per commitment
  • Pro-actively seek to build business, nurture relationships with existing clients to increase business as well as pro-actively contact potential new clients.
Job Location:PuneSalary Range:25,000 45,000 Gross per month
