Job Description

  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Work Experience :4-6 years
  • Must Have Skills :Microsoft 365
      • Key Responsibilities : Broad IT infrastructure knowledge and experience in Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, Offcie 365 components especially collaboration Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support and troubleshooting Strong understanding of Office 365 interface, domains, security groups, tenancy, users and licenses Administration, support and configuration of Microsoft Office 365 Maintain operational health of Microsoft Office 365 services like Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams, Yammar, OneDrive and other Office 365 components
      • Technical Experience : Exchange online administration DNS configuration specific to Office 365 services Microsoft DirSync and Active Directory integration Setup Active Directory Federation Services ADFS Knowledge in PowerShell and basic Python programming Experience in SharePoint administration including creating sites enabling features
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Communication oral speaking capability, written, presenting, listening, clear speech writing 2 Flexibility adaptability, willing to change, lifelong learner, accepts new things, adjusts, teachable 3 Integrity honest, ethical, high morals, has personal values, does whats right
    • Educational Qualification : 6 years of Experience Graduate or Post Graduate
