In this role, you will streamline delivery by optimizing practices, improving communications and collaborations, and creating automation. Your job is to design and implement strategies for application code and infrastructure that allows for continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring and feedback. If you are a technology expert, with a desire to provide potential customers with the best customer experience, this is the right challenge for you.Job Code: SIL- IN/ TECH/ DEVOPS/ 002 Job Responsibilities Design a DevOps Strategy by recommending a migration and consolidation strategy for DevOps Tools Implementing an Agile work management approach. Come up with a Quality strategy, secure development process and tool integration strategy. Implement DevOps Development Processes through an effective designing of version control strategy. Implementing and integrating source control tools. Implementing and managing build infrastructure and managing application configuration and secrets. Implement Continuous Integration by managing code quality and security policies, implementing a build strategy including container builds. Implement Continuous Delivery by designing a release strategy and setting up a release management workflow. Implementing the relevant deployment pattern and scaling a release pipeline to deploy multiple endpoints (g. deployment groups, Azure Kubernetes Service, Service Fabric). Implement Dependency Management and manage security and compliance. Implement Application Infrastructure by coming up with an effective infrastructure and configuration management strategy, implementing infrastructure as code, managing Azure Kubernetes service infrastructure. Implement Continuous Feedback by recommending and designing system feedback mechanisms, implementing process for routing system feedback to development teams and optimizing the feedback mechanism. Candidate Profile Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS Experience: Over 10 years relevant experience in developing solutions involving Visual Studio tool chain. Knowledge and Skills: Must be proficient with Agile practices. Familiar with Azure Administration and Azure development and expert in at least one of them. Must be able to design and implement DevOps practices for version control, compliance, infrastructure as code, configuration management, build, release, and testing by using Azure technologies. Good experience required on Azure including Kubernetes, Containers, Dockers, Service Fabric, Web App, etc.) Must be able to integrate security analysis tools such as SonarQube, WhiteSource Bolt, etc. Experience on third- party continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/ CD) systems is essential. Prior experience in hands- on development using Visual Studio .NET is preferable. Excellent communicator able to convey complex information in an understandable, compelling, and persuasive manner to senior executives. Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques.
