      • Key Responsibilities : a Experience in Managerial role in D365 Project Service Automation , Power BI reports , Resco Mobile App b Responsible for configuring Business Processes, Actions, Business rules c Applying Customization using Flows Writing Plugins in Net Integration of CRM with other applications - Creating custom Web APIs in Net d Develop Reports Dashboards using Power BI
      • Technical Experience : a 10 to 15 years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical with Experience in D365 Field Service b Technical Manager with CRM background, having worked on the MS CRM product extensively and done multiple implementations c Strong knowledge in Microsoft dynamics CRM D365 d Experience in creating Microsoft flows or Power automate flows e Experience in customizations such as Sitemap, ribbon customization, writing JavaScripts, developing/ Registering Plugins in Net, workflows
