4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power BI development and administration. Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop. Connecting to data sources, data import and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Able to implement row level security on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI. Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop. Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements. Experience in data mining structured and unstructured data (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, Oracle, Atlas/Mongo etc.) in a business environment with large-scale, complex data sets and advanced reporting techniques. Extensive experience with writing and tuning complex SQL/reporting queries.(MY SQL, Oracle, Vertica) Must have Good understanding of Data structures, schemas, and storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL) Ability to dive deep on data analysis or technical issues to come up with effective solutions. Experience in GoodData, Vertica, and JasperReports is plus Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems, pull data, and extract insights that led to tangible results (revenue, seller launches, new product features, etc.). Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others. Summarize key insights for technical and non-technical audiences. Need the ability to communicate with senior management (VP level decision-makers) as well as with colleagues from development and business backgrounds.,
