Job Description

Ideal candidate will have experience planning, design, and implementation of various infrastructure hardware, software, and network components. Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules. Experience managing large and complex migration projects, new systems or upgrades existing systems.Infrastructure analysts specialize in diagnosing and troubleshooting and solving problems for any issue occurring in the current infrastructure components and creates an in-depth RCA.Skills
• The person should have strong knowledge on Middleware/Application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat
• Requires knowledge on Websphere profile creation, administration of Websphere and tomcat instance creation
• Good understanding of application server tuning and remediate memory leakages.
• Knowledge on Webservers like Apache, IHS or OHS.
• Must be knowing how to integrate web and App servers.
• Have the good understanding on secure protocols like TLS and SSL
• Unix scripting/ Python scripting to automate day to day work
• Having good understanding on certificate generation and Certificate management
• Must have been involved in Change and incident management process.
• Good to have knowledge on AWS, Terraform and Ansible.
Responsibilities: Must have knowledge about certificates, various security protocols like TLS/SSL etc. network, firewall, Load balancing, storage. They monitor network systems performance to identify any issues and routinely perform analysis during regular IT infrastructure operations, including networks, firewalls, servers, and devices. Must have hands on experience with supporting middleware tools like WebSphere, WebLogic, TomCat etc.Must have experience with cloud technologies like AWS.The successful candidate will have a strong project management background, passion for creating solutions that scale, and be able to deliver in a complex, fast-paced environment.The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships across Enterprise Engineering, owning business units engagements, and collaborating with both technical and nontechnical cross-functional partners.Maintain and drive development & deployment of technical solutions to be implemented across EE Infrastructure, including requirements and resources.Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely delivery of milestones.Collaborate across Infrastructure and our partners to define roadmap and long-term strategy. Experience in configuration management tools like AnsibleInfrastructure as code for any cloud using TerraformIdentify and drive design of the appropriate technical solution to address business challenges and requirements.Facilitate discussion with technical stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines.Manage day-to-day progress of project tasks Communicate program and project updates, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.Manage project delivery risks through effective identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and dependencies.Experience simultaneously managing multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Experience working with technical engineering teams, cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions.Experience communicating effectively across business and technical teams.Experience multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, quickly processing information, and demonstrating a dedication to ensuring and maintaining the quality of the end product.Manage project delivery risks through effective identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and dependenciesExperience leading without expressed authority, influencing decisions and outcomes.Experience thinking multiple steps ahead and taking proactive steps to address roadblocks, issues, and distractionsProblem-solver who has experience to overcome challenges with creative solutionsQualifications:7-9 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role (education/professional) with demonstrated knowledge of operational process change and improvementEffective written and verbal communication skillsEffective analytic/diagnostic skillsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audienceAbility to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadlineEducation:Bachelor s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
