Job Description

Urgent Opening for Modern Trade Sales PromoterMust be ready to sale frozen meat products.Objectives:The main objective is to Promote products, generate sales, replenish stock and building customerdatabase.Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA)

  • MT Promoter would be responsible for Product Merchandising & Sales in retail outlets as per allocation of stores.
  • Execute sales strategies outlet wise, ensuring smooth co-ordination with the store managers/Department Managers for generating POs.
  • Coordination & Engagement with store team for facilitating promotions, merchandising and stock replenishment.
  • Interaction with customers at assigned retail outlets to promote products, perform sampling during high traffic period, and collect customer details
  • Coordinating with supply chain team of the company for timely stock replenishment at retail outlets.
  • Report on day to day to the Modern Trade Manager of the company on sales and customer interactions/Feedback
  • Should have no for an answer and must have a go getter attitude
  • Communicate product benefits with the customers and should take ownership of the allocated outlets.
