Responsible and Ownership of the design, development and implementation of Micro Strategy Schema, Cubes, dashboard, Visual Insight and self-service enabledreports. You will be required to lead the project, understand the Business problem statement and translate it in technical terms. This means that responsibility to understand the requirement, providing end-to-end technical solutions, innovative visualizations and storytelling, defining timelines and ensuring the Project is delivered on time with high accuracy. You would be required to do the development of the Project as well. You would be needed to assist senior Developers in the team and guide them in innovative ways of designing solutions which is at the same time optimized. You would also be needed to drive Innovation within the team and also provide ideas across delivery organisations.Part of this role also requires you to be updated about the features on Micro Strategy in recent versions and if they can be introduced in the Projects being worked here. You should have very strong MSTR, Data warehouse concepts and SQL hands on and should know what and how of MSTR. You should have very strong Data Analysis skills and open to learn Business.Lead the projects assigned to team and support team in technical aspects.Key accountabilities and decision ownershipOwnership of the Project End-to End 1. Solution to move from static reporting to dynamic visual analysis.Core competencies, knowledge and experienceTechnical Graduation 10+ Years MSTR core experience Strong hands on in Micro Strategy Schema, Enterprise Manager, and Object Manager. Experience of designing End-to-End Complex Dashboards, Reports and VI / Dossier. Complex Cubes creation, VLDB Properties, Free form SQL based cubes / reporting. Excellent Concept of Data Warehouse, Strong SQL and Data Analysis Skills Experience In Optimisation of both SQL and MSTR solutions. Excellent communication Skills1. Technical lead a large team of 10+ members for BI delivery2. Follow the best know development methodology like Agile for the development.Education: Graduate or PG in Engineering / Business Management / Computer ApplicationCertifications in relevant areas would be advantageous.Tech lead should have the certification on the tool.,
