* Duties and Responsibilities - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Delivery of Design of interface from product definition research ideation and implementation Lead Interaction Design Interface Design Service Design and Art direction with emphasis on UX Design apps and websites experiences and applications that balance user needs business objectives and technological constraints Work directly with external design agencies to deliver pathbreaking designs Codify and evolve design principles Design for all devices and form factors Make the users digital experience useful usable and enjoyable The ideal candidate will have experience in working across research design testing and marketing Define and track design metrics to measure the success of design and devise methods for continuous improvement 2. User testing Testing the look and feel of the interface and its reception by the user Track user behavior and design performance and accordingly tweak the design approach Run experiments including A/B and multi-variate tests to evaluate and improve design performance 3. Lead visual design development As Head of Design your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography iconography color space and texture.
