* Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Business planning Develop and drive the operational plan and strategy through digital channel. Develop action plan to scale up and to ensure profitability of the business and meeting defined targets. Leveraging Prospect base & BFL Franchise. 2. Functional review Review business performance against AOP targets regularly and resolve challenges faced in meeting targets Design action plans to course correct in case of deviations in achieved targets against planned targets Discuss business performance with superior and provide overview of future strategy to drive business growth 3. Capability building Create and manage agile team to build capabilities for business. Drive system/ process improvements, individually and in collaboration with Analytics & Marketing team to ensure appropriate infrastructure is available to drive business and increase overall productivity of ID business 3. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Process/system improvement related decision Manpower hiring & training related decisions 4. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) As per AOP , * a) Qualifications MBA/PGDM or Equivalent Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Should have meticulous approach to relationship management Entrepreneurial orientation end to end ownership for delivering capabilities. Thorough understanding of digital mediums and digital marketing b) Work Experience 8-10 years of total experience in relevant segment Should have experience into campaign management and data science Ability to drive / work in cross functional teams.
