Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes and functions, managing delivery. Development and Maintenance of Project Management Policies and Procedures Program Management, Delivery schedule, Change process management, Project Monitoring and Status Reporting to Senior Management. This individual will also serve as a member of the Senior IT leadership team to improve the overall quality of processes and service delivery within the organization. Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables Provide leadership in best practices and need to be highly customer-focused Ensure that the operational issues of the PMO are managed, focusing on the project interface with project managers/leaders, business and technology teams. Provide an effective liaison between the business units, the Corporate Technology/Enterprise Technology Management and the respective business teams Well versed with Budget tracking, effort discussion and timely delivery with Business Partner Should have strong financial domain knowledge of business process and solutions , * Minimum qualification required is Post-Graduate with an experience of around 15-17 years. Should have experience in projects implementation in the Finance Domain and working in multi vendor environment Experience of Integration of LMS application with other Applications will be preferred. Should have the ability to lead a sub-unit within IT function. Thorough knowledge of Business Processes required for Finance domain, especially Loans and Advances Good negotiation and communication skill Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which support businesses Should have abilities to implement an entire project Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analyze business needs and works with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions
