Accomplishes compliance IT strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing and planning and reviewing compensation strategies Develops IT compliance strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations Identify, assess and evaluate risk and IT compliance Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate Protects assets by establishing compliance standards; anticipating emerging compliance trends; designing improvements to internal control Evaluate the current state of information systems processes using a maturity model to identify the gaps between current and targeted process maturity. Communicate IT audit and review results to appropriate parties; ensure that issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented Ensure that all IT Policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements Discuss IT compliance issues with management; lead efforts in formulating recommendations for process improvements as a result of IT effectiveness conclusions Facilitate audits conducted by Internal & external auditors, consultants Communicate audit and review results to appropriate parties; ensure that issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented Keep a tracking action list of all audit issues , * Minimum qualification required is Graduate with an experience of more than 12 years. Sound knowledge on Risk Management and Operational Risk 4-5 years of management experience in information technology functions Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in project management Experience in data analysis and report drafting Experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with business units / managers for managing day-to-day business
