* Duties and Responsibilities - Plan, lead and execute business impacting cross functional projects Lead the overall product management team to deliver product profitability metric s as per annual operating plan Partner with Campaign management, Sales, Risk, IT, Operations and Underwriting in planning and executing the overall business plan on pre and post-acquisition policies and portfolio performance Ensure frictionless partner management with co-brand partner through seamless collaboration across all partnership facets including customer service, capability initiatives, financial planning, reporting, cross sell, risk management, operations, etc. To design, deliver and lead disruptive capabilities with meticulous planning and an eye for detail that would result in superior credit card P&L metrics To lead the design, marketing & communication initiatives in conjunction with the co-brand partner and internal marketing team Manage and drive credit card portfolio in collaboration with the partner to drive revenue for the business within the stipulated risk metrices Partner the business head in driving long-term strategy, product & process innovations, senior management reviews & reporting, partner management and to track & drive the business P&L Lead responsibility for the performance, motivation and development of the overall Product Management Team Creating a strong & compliant Product Management culture to drive acquisitions, profitability and employee development Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship, motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. Lead the sales force effectiveness initiatives for the team, aim to drive higher productivity from sales resources. , * MBA from premier institute Overall 10-12 yrs experience of proven track record of handling Product Management, Project Management and Driving Sales in the retail financial industry with majority of the experience being in Product Management Should have minimum 2-3 yrs of experience in direct sales or in driving sales channels Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses Ability to question status quo and continuously evolve to achieve superior outcome Having an eye for detail and a rigorous execution drive
