* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for implementing strategic company plan through key products for the eBH project Understand business landscape and technology dynamics to deliver projects in the most frugal way in terms of cost and time required for go to market Comprehensive project tracker with detailed timelines and track it to closure with responsible persons Build a strong team to test new products and capabilities before rolling out in market Work closely with project team members heading different products and Technology team for system development, Legal & Compliance team for compliance with pertinent policies and regulations, Finance team for accounting methodology as required by the projects Research and development for keeping track of competitive products and innovative products launched by health tech companies in India and abroad , * A. Educational qualifications & experience: 1. Around 8-10 years of operating experience in project management 2. Work exposure in project management within branch banking model in a MNC or a Indian private bank is preferred 3. Chartered accountant or MBA from a leading institute is a necessary qualification. 2. Strong orientation to technology required B. Behavioural competencies: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. 2. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation 3. Leadership skills to manage and scale diversified portfolio 4. High on influencing skills and ability to work across hierarchy of functions 3. Business/Management skills including strategic vision, analysis and problem solving, business and financial acumen and managing execution 4.
