* Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities 1. ARU Planning for Existing customer franchise business growth Building and driving the campaign science for stimulation of customer franchise Building multi channel strategy for targeting the segmented addressing Leading and coordinating with Data Science teams to build the segmented solutions Leading on building the campaign automation solutions to drive the overall campaign efficiencies Building Rewards based programs and managing the overall COA for business Coordinate with Risk functions to drive the EMI Card franchise and ensure maximization of business Building and designing the DOEs with Risk to expand the lendable franchise 2. Driving Omni Channel Strategy Working on building and driving the Marketplace transition of Rural Markets Work closely with IT Marketplace teams Business teams to drive the business growth on Marketplace Work closely with Marketing and different platform owners to drive customer traffic from different sources on online platform Lead A/B testing on platform to drive the customer experience and enhance business output 3. Team Management and Coaching Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines 4 Stakeholder Management: Liaise with sales team IT team Risk Legal and Compliance team to ensure timely project delivery , * Required Qualifications and Experience 1. Engineering Graduate / Post-graduate with 8-10 years of experience in Campaign Management & Data Management. 2. Experience in BFSI is preferred 3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and MS Power-point 4. Basic knowledge of SQL/Oracle Total Years of Experience: 8-10 years of experience
