1. Business planning & execution Build cross sell as scalable & the lowest COA channel Drive business growth for Unsecured loans Cards & Payments Investment & Insurance and EMI Transactions through Cross sell at Logged-in Deliver Business KPIs such as Volume Funnel conversion metrics CoA for Unsecured loans Cards & Payments Investment & Insurance and EMI Transactions 2. Customer obsession & governance - Relentless focus on making customer interactions non-intrusive. Become custodians of self-service digital customer journeys across internal & external digital distribution avenues. Create a strong governance framework that eliminates communication fatigue Zero tolerance for customer complaints 3. Data at the center of the plate - Be data-driven create hypotheses run experiments lead with data Lead & develop data at the center of the plate practice for Cross sell at Logged-in Collaborate with data programs teams to implement high performing data-led propensity programs specific for Cross sell at Logged-in to improve customer take-up rate Deliver improvement in PPC through product recommendation & affinity models for Cross sell at Logged-in basis customer on asset & off asset behavior Deliver higher approval rates by continuously scrubbing customer s data for offers & risk policies Continuously deploy A/B- MVT testing programs to increase conversions for Cross sell at Logged-in 4. Capability Optimize for the present & build for future Lead & continuously build capabilities for Cross sell at Logged-in to optimize for the present & build for the future. Build nudges & retargeting features for Cross sell at Logged-in for engaging & converting customer on & off assets Build frictionless non-intrusive customer DIY journeys for Cross sell at Logged-in across all products to improve high take-up rates Build data-led component on the asset which facilitates in delivering customized & personalized offer framework for Cross sell at Logged-in Continuously add features that will increase customer stickiness on assets for Cross sell at Logged-in 5. Merchandising Create a Data led Merchandising for Cross sell at Logged-in to establish Cross sell at Logged-in as a primary destination for repeat customer purchases Propagate customized & personalized components for Cross sell at Logged-in to increase adoption Build a best in class cross-sell category page user experience for Cross sell at Logged-in 6. Re-marketing Establish highly efficient on & off asset re-marketing practice for Cross sell at Logged-in Complete responsibility for top of funnel middle funnel and bottom of funnel initiatives with MAU retention and NPS as key metrics Deploy customer acquisition strategies based on channel propensity for Cross sell at Logged-in * Duties and Responsibilities - . Don t get scared we are a friendly place WHAT TO EXPECT IN NEXT 9 MONTHS If you get a hang of it and strike a homerun you will be marked as potential high performer and included into strategic initiative and possibly also in the digital transformation project. , * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION 9-12 years of experience (at most) in building products and/or features in payments and banking Post-graduation in Management from a Tier 1 B school, with graduation in Engineering or equivalent from a Tier 1 Engineering college Data driven to identify opportunities for cross-selling, upsell and top up and implement the same Experience guiding creative input, development, and execution from concept to completion Proven track record driving scale adoption of consumer-facing products/services Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale complex projects with multiple stakeholders with high attention to detail Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment, and attribution tools, and ability to do deep data analysis to develop recommendations Strong leader having managed high-performance teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories Have experience building or developing online customer propositions from scratch or refining and improving an existing proposition
