Job Description

This exciting role offers opportunity to:Operations Management in line with stakeholder s expectations. Run Strategic Procurement - identification of preferred sources with parallel discussion with commodity managers for effective costing on new transitioned electronics parts To support on critical RFQs with goal to procure material on time and reduce risks. To support adhoc projects with RFQs, also leveraging CoE capabilities ( should-cost ) Validate reports of BOM with accuracy in Material master , purchasing Info record for right SAP health check. ECO/MCO Maintenance taks for New/Change in program implementation Fully adopt GPO digitalization tools (Should cost, OnePart, GPS 2.0 functionalities) for Functional excellence Perform daily Demand Analysis in SAP for effective material planning PO placement through RPA, Open Order/Past Due reconciliations . Analyze Suppliers confirmations vs. demand and evaluate the risk/impact anticipation on production. Analyze and manage MRP exception messages and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand). Maintain delivery dates in ERP. Formal supplier charge-back tracking and reporting Validation of supplier quotes to ensure no quoting errors, consistent application of price indices, component weights and other part attributes in various supplier quotes, comparison with should-cost Floating RFQ as & when required Ensure part numbers launched in production are set-up with the correct production vendor, price, MIN, MULT, lead time etc. (MRP parameters and part attributes). Both material master and PIR. Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage that may arise during production release. Meet or exceed cost-out profit plan for 2022 in operational excellence Monitor Suppliers performances KPIs To Analyze, monitor and share the plant performance Buyers scorecard on key KPI metrics for eMobility Business. Ensure that top spend suppliers on Productions are launching on consignment. Manage GPS Escalations and work with GCM to mitigate the risks To review, analyze, optimize the inventory while applying JIT and other techniques To Support planners in achieving Key metrics - On time material availability for production, Expedite, Line down situations. Logistics Co-Ordination, to avoid custom and Import delays AP/Invoice resolution queries SPIR (Supplier Price Increase Request) Supplier set up request - New/Modify/Reeactivation Premium Air Freight approval Process Drive CI initiatives to improve key metrics for eMobility Drive projects through digitalization tools in improving Digital Intergration - Increase data Quality & visibility Drive Standardization and continuos improvement.QualificationsRequirement:
    • Years of Experience: Minimum 6 - 8 years
    • Job Experience: Experience in an MRP-based Planning for Electronics Parts
    • Educational: Engineering degree in the field of Industrial Production/Mechanical
    • Strong skills on SAP MM and PP Module .
    • Strong analytical, problem solving and system skills
    • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team
