  • Business Development through Bank Branch Walk ins && Bank database
  • Sales Support to Partner && enabling them to meet LI targets
  • Driving Retail Business with aligned to Central initiatives
  • Managing quality of business Processes: Issuances, renewals Collection and other business levers.
Job Description for Direct Channel --
  • Educate the Customer about the product.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Close the leads assigned by the call center team.
  • Activation of Maximizer and Daily follow up and lead updation in Maximizer.
  • Customer Servicing.
SALARY - Up to 3.5 Lacs + Heavy IncentiveEducation Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate ( MBA / PGDBM are preferred )Work Experience : 1 year to 5 year for executive level and 6 year to 10 year for managerial role .Age : 22-32 yearsLocality awareness - Local for minimum 1 yearJob location - Job available in your City.
