Job Description

  • Good understanding of XML GW, ASF, API, SOAP Protocol, Velocent, Polystar, Soprano, DAAC, Alert ACM Telecom products and Networking fundamentals.
  • Trouble shooting skills for applications/Interfaces and good in application log reading.
  • Vendor co-ordination, Monitoring & Reporting.
  • Exposure in ITIL based processes on Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management, Problem management and Performance management.
  • Systems Administration/System Engineer certification in Unix/Linux and initial understanding of script.
