  • Follows documented network services processes and procedures identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.
  • Troubleshoots network problems and recommends corrective procedures; assists with troubleshooting circuit equipment and all other network issues.
  • 5+ years of Experience in Network and Security.
  • Should be having good hands-on experience on Routing (Routing Protocols like BGP,EIGRP, OSPF and IS-IS), Switching (Switching Concepts like STP,RSTP), MPLS and Security (Firewall/ Checkpoint/ F5 load balancer), Cisco / Juniper devices, MS Visio is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Data Center environment is must.
  • Strong understanding of Incident and Change management process and guidelines.
  • CCNA / CCNP, Juniper Certified.
