Career level professional role. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Develops and implements solutions that require analysis and research. Works on small to large, complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments. Possesses knowledge in a specific business area. Works on one or more projects as a team member. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgement.What you will be doing

  • Automation & scripting in Resolve and SeviceNow
  • Building EMS / NMS systems with good understanding of FCAPS model
  • Good knowledge in API Interfaces such as RESTconf, Netconf, CLI, SNMPo
  • Working with Operations Team to develop software systems which manage networking constructs like firewalls, load balancers, SDN, routers and switches
  • Knowledge in DevOps process & tools including GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins
  • Identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests automations.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve workflow and creates supporting documentation for review by peers and management.
What you bring:
  • Network Automation using Resolve Automation tool with excellent knowledge on Groovy Language
  • Should have excellent knowledge on ServiceNow development tools
  • Knowledge of network technologies, i.e., routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, network and routing protocols, DNS
  • Knowledge of basic IT technologies, i.e., operating systems, network devices, software development and architecture
  • Requires excellent knowledge on ticketing system ServiceNow and would be able to use ServiceNow for automation
  • Requires Knowledge on Groovy & Python automation language
  • Ability to understand and apply technical concepts
Added bonus if you have:
  • Automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new Technology and Challenges
  • Experience in Production / Technical / Operations Support
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of financial services industry
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
