    • Project Role :IT Customer Service Representative
    • Project Role Description :Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.

        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Knowledge and Deep Understanding of Network Security Operations in Enterprise Datacenter networks and best practices 2 Should have good hands on working experience on Palo Alto Checkpoint Firewall with good Troubleshooting skills 3 Good understanding of switching concepts VLAN, VTP, STP, VPC, Nexus, FEX 4 Good knowledge of routing Switching Wireless technology 5 Good knowledge understanding of Cisco SD WAN Viptela concepts 6 Good hands on and deep understanding of IPSEC VPN,
