Are you good at supporting / designing and implementing networks Do you enjoy making supporting networks We re looking for someone like that to:- Take ownership of Incident management / problem management / change management as well as delivering a solution end to end: design, implementation, support documentation- Work with internal business teams to ensure incidents are managed and controlled end-to-end, to ensure the local networks meet the standards- Create High Level Design Documents (HLD) ensuring the solution is risk adverse, appropriately sized, in line with internal standards and cost effective.- Keep up to date with network technology- Analyze networks, applications, traffic flows and write low level solutions in detail (LLD)- Identify and manage business risks and issues; conducting impact assessments and identifying potential areas of conflict across work streams, business units and projects.Your teamYou ll be working in the formed Networks Services located in one of our major hubs Pune. We provide end-to-end support for the Networks operations as well as time to time covering planning, building and supporting the networks. Youll work with engineers and support teams to prepare detailed flows for our networks., 8+ years of proven experience working within high performing Network Operations/ Data Centre teams, ideally in the Financial Services industry. Strong Technical Experience in the Following areas is required JUNOS/ Cisco IOS/Nexus, Juniper MX, EX & SRX Platforms, Cisco 3750/6500 platforms Proficient in Advanced Routing (BGP/OSPF) and Switching, Packet Level Decoding (Wireshark/TCPDUMP etc.) Responsible for the support and maintenance of large scale Network & Security Infrastructure Provide hands-on Proactive/Reactive maintenance and troubleshooting of Network data/Security Environments. Review technical Infrastructure changes Participate in Incident, Change and Problem Management. Develop documentation of technical support issues using the available tools is an essential element of the role Work closely with Service Managers and Leads to provide effective operation support. The ability to work unsupervised in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Excellent time-management, interpersonal & communication skills. Cisco or Juniper certification CCNP/JNCIP Lead a team of experienced Level2 NOC engineers.
