Job Description

    Job Title: Network LeadDepartment: IT / InfrastructureJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organizations network infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of our data and systems.Key Responsibilities:Network Management:
    • Design, deploy, and manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
    • Manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
    • Oversee IP address management and DNS/DHCP configurations.
    Leadership & Strategy:
    • Lead a team of network engineers.
    • Collaborate with IT leadership to align network strategies with business goals.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance network performance.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
    • Generate regular reports on network health, security posture, and incident response.
    Qualifications:Education & Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 10 years of experience in network administration with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
    Certifications (Preferred):Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and network troubleshooting tools.
    • Familiarity with cloud networking and security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
