Job Description

  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 To drive incident resolution/complex change activities/service requests on F5 Cisco/Check Point Firewall platforms, and to effectively communicate with client stakeholders in regular meetings and incident bridges 2 Operate in 24 x 7 rotational shifts
      • Technical Experience : 1 8 years of dedicated experience in F5 load balancer, Cisco ASA 55xx series 8x and 9x, Check Point and Palo Alto Firewalls/Panorama 2 Knowledge and understanding of Sophos and Blue Coat Proxies/PAC file architecture 3 Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting F5 load balancers with Big-IP LTM, DNS, AFM, APM and ASM 4 Significant experience with supporting and maintaining F5 Big-IP load balancers to include setup, maintenance, upgrades and replacement of the latest generation of F5s
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Ability to independently operate with minimal technical supervision 2 Clear in communication and able to articulate technical parameters 3 Ability to effectively collaborate with service management functions
