In one sentenceThe Professional Services Specialist is a highly trained product expert responsible for end-to-end product deployment.What will your job look like

• Execute POCs in Amdocs or Customer environment to prove Orchestration capabilities.
• Support Live Amdocs Project for Network Automation Deployments and Solution Onboarding.
• Prepare High Level and Low Level Network Design for Projects and POCs based on Requirements.
• Prepare Vision Diagrams of the LLD Design and also Network setup being onboarded.
• Work with product, engineering and sales teams to ensure design meets customers requirements and is fit for delivery, operations and service management capabilities.
• Simulate Customer Solutions in Lab and support Development team with Automation requirements.
• Onboard SDN/SDWAN/VNF Vendors in Lab and Test functionalities.
• Prepare Onboarding documents for Developers to automate the manual onboarding done in Amdocs Lab.
• Work on Onboarding of Vendor solutions with or without Vendor support in Amdocs lab and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot any Issues in Infrastructure of SDN/NFV in Amdocs Lab to ensure no impact to development environment.

All you need is.

• Bachelors Degree in Computers or equivalent.
• Total Experience - 4 to 10 years.
• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology in the management, configuration, modification, installation, and evaluation of network systems hardware and software.
• 4+ years of experience in global enterprise environment.
• 4+ year as Sr Engineer with proven experience in Network. Security/R&S/SD-WAN/DC/Service Provider Core management and design.
• Develop and deploy Network solutions and services as a core technology stack.
• Work experience with Network operating systems such as JunOS/Cisco IOS/ FortiOS/PAN-OS etc.
• Excellent BGP / OSPF protocols understanding, configuration and troubleshooting skills.
• BGP (Advanced), OSPF (Advanced), MPLS, QOS,
• Overlay technologies like SD-WAN.
• Good understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3/Layer 4 Protocols, VXLAN, VLAN concepts is a must.
• Knowledge of Overlay VPN Technology like Ipsec, GRE, DMVPN and ability to design solutions using various overlay technologies.
• Experience deploying enterprise applications and integration with network ecosystem.
• Able to troubleshoot layer 2-5 issues.
• Can create designs and define the overall application demands for network accessibility, access and security controls, and virtual network functionality.
• Ability to work on a heterogeneous network consisting of different hardware manufacturer.
• Open to travel domestically and internationally.
• Automation and scripting skills are a plus.
• Network monitoring experience at tool deployment, configuration, and turn over to operations management.
• Good knowledge of atleast one of AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Good Knowledge of atleast one of Virtualization Technologies/Platform VMWARE/Openstack/KVM.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and perform day to day activities on Linux based systems.
• Any Certification from Cisco/Juniper/Fortigate or any other networking hardware or software vendor is a plus.
• Working knowledge of RESTCONF/NETCONF will be a plus.
