Job Description

    1. Experience of hardcore NPD experience in Transmission & Engine related processes.
    2. Strong Pedigree of working with similar companies making Transmission and Engine Parts is Mandatory.
    3. Proven track record of developing Transmission and Engine related parts from scratch.
    4. Hands on experience in Design related to parts, working closely with the customers like TML,
    5. understanding of the geometric tolerance weight, material strength needed for the part
    6. and be able to manage the entire Design & Development of New Products
    7. Mandatorily have experience in NPD process using HPDC and GDC machines and able to get FTR through innovative process and preferably through rapid prototyping
