Job Description

    1. Experience of hardcore NPD experience in Crankshaft,
    2. Axles with complex machining processes related processes
    3. Strong Pedigree of working with similar companies making Crankshaft & Axles Parts is Mandatory.
    4. track record of developing Cylinder Crankshaft, Axle related parts from scratch.
    5. Hands on experience in Design related to parts, working closely with the customers like TML,
    6. understanding of the geometric tolerances, weight, material strength needed for the parts
    7. and be able to manage the entire Design & Development of New Products
    8. Mandatorily have experience in NPD process using Forged Processes and Complex Machining,
    9. Induction Hardening to be able to get FTR through innovative process and preferably through rapid prototyping
