Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - The position support Operations for Customer Service (Inbound and Non Voice) managed out of multiple Outsourced Contact Centre partners Good knowledge and hands-on experience working on IVR/ACD platforms (CISCO Avaya Genesys etc) Health check of Telecom Line IVR Application Contact Centre call routing and Applications at defined frequencies daily Connectivity issue resolution & reporting to relevant Teams Experience in handling day to day incidence issue resolution and timely update to all stakeholders Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve the incidents within defined TAT & close looping Drive Technology (Telecom IVR CC & Application) uptime Central SPOC for Contact Centre Business IT Team for day to day operational support Proactive in communicating downtime & uptime to all stakeholders Publishing Hygiene tracker on daily basis to Business and IT Team ,
