*.HThe Azure IaaS Architect cum Cloud operation lead is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions for enterprise clients. This includes, but is not limited to hosting whiteboard discussions, developing technical architecture, and preparing client documentation. You must have significant development experience and an understanding of Microsofts cloud strategy.
• Participate in client whiteboards and project planning activities
• Gather and / or document project requirements
• Review client documentation and deliverables
• Lead and / or contribute to technical design sessions
• Prepare technical design documentation and task-level project plans
• Work as a part of multifaceted team to deliver holistic technical solutions
Required Skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline or equivalent experience, Strong oral and written communication skills,Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome difficult challenges
• Azure IaaS experience:Azure Site Recovery (ASR),Azure Backup,Azure Networking,Azure automation, ARM templates, JSON
Azure IaaS Details:
• Manage server disks space as per approval change / remove / change disk types.
• Take appropriate action on VM status including VM shut down and VM start schedule automation with VM health connection test and resource health.
• Manage multiple storage accounts with respect to security, sharing strings and hands on experience on azure storage explorer.
• VM patch schedule, deployment and reporting.
• Create backup policy, schedule it for critical resource and resolve backup failure issues
• Install / push azure monitoring & antivirus agents
• Connectivity storage / drive allocated.
• Create, configure and manage of network resources including VNET, Gateways including P2P & P2S.
• In depth understanding with configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of Azure application gateways and traffic manager with load balancer.
Azure Services details: Working experience on Log Analytics, Azure Automation Accounts, Azure Monitoring tools including Security Center, & Advisory
• View & analyze summary data on Azure resource deployments
• Monitor requests & key metrics for Azure resources
• All Asset including VMs, Networks and Applications health monitoring
• Check events generated automatic & manually.
• Check storage space and backup status
• Improve monitoring and alerting systems by appropriate usage of automation tools (Azure PowerShell / Azure CLI / Python)
• Validate the environment to meet all security and compliance control
• Virtualization capabilities:VMware,HyperV, Physical to Virtual migrations (P2V)
• Core data center skills:Storage,Networking,Windows Server administration
• Scripting and automation
• Understand and document technical requirements from clients, study the existing technology landscape and understand current workloads and maintain existing enterprise infrastructure.
• Willing to Improve and take new challenges for new workloads and operational capabilities of client enterprise infrastructure as approved and directed.
• Maintain availability of deployed systems based on the agreed SLA and OLAs.
• Hands on experience with Azure AD and on prem DC management and Administration including defining and creating custom roles as well service principles, on premise and azure policy management and governance.
• Hands on experience on Azure AD Sync / Connectivity issue.
• Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving partners and call out to appropriate level when required.
• Assesses a variety of situations and provide transparency to team and partners.
• Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, internal delivery partners, and external vendors.
• Added Advantage to have other cloud experience
• Certified Azure Expert.
