Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: Managing NNMi/NPS/NA tools in multiple deals b: Develop Dashboards in NNMi c: Configure parameter and thresholds based on Customer request d: Create reports for devices monitored through NNMi/NPS e: Support other monitoring tools like SiteScope/OMi and Ops-Connector OOB and SNMO traps integrations which will be there along with NNMi f: Support MyWizard/Splunk tools which also will be there along with NNMi g: Assist in technical feasibility analysis
      • Technical Experience : a: 6 Years of experience in MF/HPE tools like OMi, SiteScope, NNMi, Ops-Connector b: Good to have scripting experience c: Good to have Splunk knowledge and experience d: Ability to liaise with 3rd party vendors and manage highly profile escalation calls
      • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent customer facing skills b: Experience working with a global team c: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills d: Good verbal and written communication
      • Educational Qualification : a: Any degree
