Job Description

Job Title: NOC Analyst Location: PuneMonitor and support BCUS Technical environment.Be committed to providing above average customer service and demonstrate willingness and ability to take initiative to meet business area or Bank objectives sometimes outside of the immediate job responsibilities when necessary.What will you be doing

  • Monitor production environment availability
  • Proactively engage and address incidents prior to impact
  • Complete change tasks by following change management processes
  • Implement code deployments and releases
  • Perform technical PVT
  • Perform troubleshooting and escalation of production impacting issues
  • Complete access administration functions when necessary
  • Support of lower environments
  • All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards
What we re looking for:
  • Ability to work shift patterns across 24*7 Support Model
  • Demonstrate an understanding of Barclays procedures, systems and security programs and be able to articulate them to end users
  • Relevant year of experience with UNIX and Wintel operating systems
Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Relevant experience with fundamental networking and distributed computing environment concepts
  • Should have experience with Enterprise Management structures
  • Relevant experience preferred
