    • In-depth knowledge of Citrix Xendesktop and 6.5 and 7.15 and above.
    • Troubleshooting P1 and P2 tickets, providing technical solutions and RCA.
    • Managing Microsoft RDS farms and administration task.
    • Configuring and managing NetScaler VPX MPX SDX and providing technical solutions.
    • Migration/upgrading of Citrix/RDS Farms.
    • In-depth knowledge of Storefront, Web-Interface, Gateway, IIS, and delivery controller.
    • Group-Policy creation and management.
    • In-depth knowledge of Xenapp Xendesktop and RDS architectures such as database configuration and Multi Factor Authentication (Azure,RSA) and various components.
    • Must have experience in Vmware, Hyper-V and Windows Server 2012-R2, 2016, 2019.
    • Good understanding of network related activities.
    • In-depth knowledge of AD, DNS and DHCP related tasks
    • Worked on cloud technologies such Azure etc.
    • Good to have technical certifications.
    • Excellent customer facing skills
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Keen to grow and expand your knowledge across multiple Technologies
    • A good communicator able to articulate at all levels and are of smart appearance with a positive can-do attitude.
