Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support for enterprise environment with distributed call processing.
  • Configuring and installing VOIP devices and IP Phones such as 7940,7942,7960
  • Provisioned and Supported Existing infrastructure of Cisco Voice Adds, Moves, and Changes to Voice Gateways, Cisco Switch, E1s, and Call Routing.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of Voice Gateways (H.323), SRST and call signaling protocols on voice.
  • Configuration & troubleshooting of Extension mobility.
  • Handled system generated tickets as well as user tickets.
  • Class of Service Control Using Partitions and CSS
  • Monitored the action plans for project implementation
  • Answered and resolved customer support tickets.
  • Monitored and updated Cisco IP phones and extensions as needed.
  • Coordinated with engineering teams on operational system expansion.
  • Outstanding grasp of Cisco IP Telephony network configuration support debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Managed day-to-day client and internal service requests and documented all services performed.
