Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Planning & strategy Understand AOP and create roadmap/ plan for specific initiatives within the DMS and Legal team. Implementation of AOP & LRS level initiatives wrt to legal transaction reconciliation to drive a seamless process for stakeholders (prospects and existing) Enhancement of existing process to the maximum optimization of resource and productivity. Creating a business support backbone for managing and launching new initiatives and benchmarks. Re-writing the success matrix at every stage of project implementation and result thereon. 2. Transactions management Dashboard view daily to ensure all metrics are achieved New process enhancements Monitor DMS transactions and provide legal automation view and update to respective DMS team Ensuring smooth flow of data movement for internal and external stakeholders Monitor Partner/Advocate level transactions and identify areas for optimization/ resolution. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and customized CRM. Track and reconcile any issues with the partners Stakeholders- experience; monitor the journey and identify gaps. Work with IT to address all system issues. Identify workarounds/ solutions to drive greater efficiency. Track metrics of how each partner and activity of legal is performing (Execution and resolution). Identify issues as well as opportunities for driving higher performance Build legal remedial tool to revenue tool. 3. Partner s payout automation Monitor and track all the allocations and activities for partner payouts. Ensure that partner payments go through in a timely and efficient manner. Resolve the issues and systemization of all the activities. Ensure customized partner requirements. Coordinate with Legal call center to address any legal action queries and escalations drive resolution of Customers. Ensure that NDCs are received from partners in a timely manner. 4. Team management Cross training of the team members to innovative ideas for betterment of the legal automation activities. Motivating the team and guiding on critical projects and adhere to timelines. Participate in selection process to identify the right talent for positions within the team Determine individual training needs and development plans to build expertise and enhance skills in the team Set objectives conduct reviews and close appraisal processes for the team as per timelines. * Major Challenges - Currently in legal implementation each and every process require direct manual intervention and data is being stored manually. At the time of escalation or older data grinding it takes a lot of time and effort to get meaningful data as per requirement. Field team have to wait for getting certain notices for a time being and that impact on the process There are huge dependencies on the court and judges. Issues like appointment and changing of judges availability of judges court holidays/ vacations changes can significantly impact the legal proceedings. Changes in laws and legislations create significant impact and disruption in existing cases as well as the way the team needs to proceed on future cases. * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Selection of CRMs and system which will integrate and suitable for our requirement and enhance the productivity of End-User. Appointment and management of Partners and Advocates and their Pay-outs Decisions around how to update best practices and what workarounds can be leveraged based on changes in laws and practices at that particular state and local environment Once system/IT/CRM is finalized benchmarking the output and evaluating the same with success matrix. Finalizing the systems BRDs and participating internal and External meetings with IT team. Creating awareness training and usage of the system/CRM at all hierarchy level. , * a) Qualifications Minimum Qualification: Postgraduate, LLB preferred (Managed the Internal Process at Zonal and National Level) b) Work Experience Minimum 8 years of experience Previous experience in collections across high volumes and multiple locations. Preference for internal candidates. Management of balancing the cost, timeline, and output
