This position is part of the team that is responsible for defining and maintaining the Continuous Integration workflow for our next generation software development infrastructure and tools. Our team mission is to deliver and oversee a world class developer services platform by focusing on efficiency, scalability and innovation.The ideal candidate is a n experienced an d d etail-oriented Build, Test and T ools engineer - a technical lead with a wide variety of experience that s capable of supporting complex distributed systems and is current with industry patterns and solutions. This person will be responsible for tactical operations as well as strategic initiatives employing metrics, reporting, and analytics. She or he can anticipate development and process requirements and drive initiatives towards implementing change.We are looking for engineers who are passionate about designing efficient infrastructure for building & testing enterprise scale software . A proven track record of supporting customers or R&D groups is a must. Creative e ngineers with excellen t technical, interpersonal and communication skills will thrive in this environment.The Engineers on our team are expected to see the big picture and champion solutions. They possess the ability to provide hands-on technical guidance with architecture, design and deployment related activities. They are expected to perform code reviews, and to identify, analyze and resolve technical issues . You ll be part of a bright engineering team that has an open communication, empowerment, innovation, teamwork and customer success culture.Our team is geographically distributed with members in Palo Alto, Pune, Bangalore, and Beijing.Responsibilities:Enhance and maintain software development CI/CD infrastructure and tools used by our R&D Engineering teams.Leverage domain expertise to improve scale and performance in constrained environments.Qualifications:B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field, M.S. preferred, or equivalent work experience.10+ years experience in software development, CI/CD infrastructure and tools.Strong experience developing software in Python (preferred), C/C++, Java.Strong domain knowledge including CI/CD workflows and infrastructure, Git, Linux, OOP, web app development, virtualization and containers, orchestration .Familiarity with code coverage tools in C++, Python, Java
