Job Description

    We are looking for a senior Mean Stack Developer who is dedicated to his craft, writes code that is proud of, and can hit the ground running. We need you to write high-standard code in a timely and scalable way that improves the code-base of our products and services in meaningful ways. You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing, and launching of the websites. Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop visually appealing front-end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code.- Design user interactions on web pages.- Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile.- Develop and design RESTful services and APIs.- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.- Strategize organizational direction on emerging technology platforms and communicate the effectiveness to executive stakeholders.- Stay current and provide insight on cutting-edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors.- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.- Work on bug fixing, improving application performance, and help in code optimization.- Keep job knowledge up to date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal and professional networks; participating in professional organizations. Qualifications We Look For - 6+ years of working experience as a full stack developer.- Fluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript, and HTML, with an understanding of CSS pre-processors including Sass and LESS.- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AngularJS, Express.js, Node.js with working understanding of, Oracle, React, Ember, Linux, PHP, and PostgreSQL, NoSQL & MySQL.- Proficient in JS-based tools including Bower, Grunt, and Gulp.- Experience working with languages such as Java, .Net, Python, PHP, or Ruby.- Experience working with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx, and J2EE.- Experience in API design and development.- Proficiency with Git / Version control.- Understanding of libraries including Backbone.js and jQuery.- Experience with AJAX.- Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms. Other Skills - Apart from technical skills, well prefer if you have:- Passion and enthusiasm for coding, with a constant learning attitude.- A flexible approach when working in a team.- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.- Should have a strong passion for learning and creating new products and features.- Passion for quality practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated regression.- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes as and when required.- Excellent English language (written & verbal) communication skills.- Good time-management skills.- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.,
