Job Description

In one sentenceThe OD Practice expert is responsible for creating and driving the global strategy of a specific OD area of expertise and accountable for cross-organization design of its implementation - bringing the global most up to date best practices, aligning to business priorities and in collaboration with the HR management.What will your job look like

  • You will direct the design, planning, and development of a specific practice area; Develop programs and practices, capable of taking concepts from ideas to very real actions.
  • You will work with the units to design the implementation of large scale organizational development initiatives driving leadership, people, culture and organizational change to ensure the success of the organization.
  • You will constantly create global, most updated best practice and new knowledge to support and promote the business strategic direction; Seek and bring the market best practice (vendor network) in order to suit solutions to the business needs, partnering across the organizations with other units and business and management leaders outside of HR.
All you need is.
  • Extensive OD experience in the field of - leadership, talent, culture, employee experience and engagement.
  • Experience in working with and influencing senior leaders as well as being capable of diving deep into the organization to implement initiatives that impact the grass roots of the business
  • BA or higher in Behavioral Science or Education domains
  • Experience in working with global leading and well respected consulting organizations
  • Success in large global organizations and owning OD results as a proven measure of success
  • Experience in bringing innovative ideas from concept to fruition
