Job Description

  1. Team Leader for collection agency/banking correspondent/bank cash counter reconciliation for PAN India cash receipts.
  2. Processing of high value Foreclosure & Partial Foreclosure cases for customer settlements.
  3. Handling online system escalations at HO level & ensuring adherence to service quality norms.
  4. MIS report preparation & publishing on daily basis for business target achievement to all stakeholders.
  5. Training to team members/new recruits on bank reconciliation activities.
  6. Pilot project testing and feedback generation for resolving bugs/suggesting enhancements for smoother running of business systems.
  7. Part of core team in developing business logics for mobile based collection system and pan country roll out on GPRS enabled Hand Held Terminals.
  8. e-Paisa is Collections portal used by agencies & dealer Pan India for Payment collection
  9. Sole owner for managing operations of ePaisa which includes Case allocations, receipt recon, Bank mapping, Hierarchy management, Terminal mapping etc.
  10. ePaisa portal is used by over 4000+ users including dealers/agencies for collection & tracking business performance
  11. HHT s are Hand-held terminals used by Field executive for Door to Door Collections
  12. Sole owner for implementation and operations of HHT management PAN India. Managing 2500+ HHTs on field used for receipting
  1. Excellent command over MS Excel, word & power point
  2. Working knowledge of CRM/ Call centre would be an added advantage
  3. Good interpersonal communication skills
  4. Knowledge of Banking /Finance industry functioning
