    Dear Candidate,We having job opening for desktop EngineerLocation : Mumbai, PuneJd:Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues.Support for standard software issuesIsolate system issues; diagnose standard software issues and report hardware issues torespective Vendors.Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners.Configure desktop and laptop as per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of BFL.Installation / re-installation / configuration of in-scope client software / applicationsInstallation / configuration of e-mail clientsTroubleshooting e-mail client related issuesTroubleshooting printer / scanner related issuesTroubleshooting issues related to standard office softwares (MS Office Word, Xls, PowerPoint etc.) and internet clientSupport for local area network issues (LAN), DHCP clientInstall antivirus software and check virus definition auto updatesInstall approved patches onto desktops / laptops.Troubleshoot print queue related issues, Spooler and other Printer issues.Configure appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printersRemove virus from respective desktop / laptop with the antivirus software.Maintain list of assets belong to locationProvide Weekly Asset Stock report for respective location.Educating users on the usage of the Service Desk System for call logging and tracking.mail id :hidden_emailcontact :hidden_mobileThanks,Damini Shingate.hidden_mobile
