  • Daily Team Meeting/Company Huddle & follow up on Evernote
  • Conducting daily team meetings with all teams to review daily targets (Production, Quality, Stores), Keeping Teams motivated & connected to each other
  • Production Planning
  • PO Approval
  • Getting involved in major negotiations with clients
  • Making shop floor round at least thrice a day
  • Conducting Kaizen Meetings with all teams
  • Strategic Business Planning & implementation.
  • Preparing daily progress reports for clients & keeping clients informed of the progress of the work
  • Planning for ERP Development for Operations Module
  • New Vendors development
  • Machines & Tools Audit once in a week
  • Preventive Maintenance Plan for Machines & Tools
  • Planning weekly meetings
