JOB PROFILE AS QUALITY MANAGER:-
  • To improve their performance in terms of internal quality PPM & resolution related the issue.
  • Handling the customer complaints & reduction the customer PPM.
  • Monitor the supplier PPM & improved their performance in terms of PPM reduction.
  • Conducted supplier audit as per plan their performance in terms of improvement.
  • Completed the review & documents preparation of MSES & MAA of U321.
  • Conducted the Product & process audit as per plan.
  • To preparing layout inspection as per plan.
  • Maintaining SPC & MSA matrix.
  • Conversant QC story, 8D report & SCAP report.
  • Handling the external ISO/ TS, OSHSAS, MSES, MMA & System Audit.
  • Trouble shooting analysis & solving problem in 7step QC story Approach.
