Job Description

Application Support roles are often responding to technical problems that occur abruptly and require immediate solutions. Knowing this, the following duties and responsibilities are generally included in an Application Support job description: Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required Assisting with systems integrations Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures Identifying and resolving technical issues Managing coordination at a local and international level where required Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisations systems Developing reports for teams across the business Position :- 5 Gender :- Any Exp :- Freshers Qualification :- Any Graduates / P.G. Bond :- 1 year commitment bond ( Have to submit orignal marksheets) Salary :- As per market Standards Roles and Responsibilities :- To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested. Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested. Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing. Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities. Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect. Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects. Interview Round :-1. Aptitude Round 2. Technical Face to Face 3. HR Round
