Job Description

    • Job description for Okta:Act as a subject matter expert for OKTA life cycle management, and experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SAML, auto-provisioning, or automating complex infrastructures.Lead activities to ensure that IAM systems are compliant with policies and standardsPerform the configuration, administration, and management of Okta systems, such as LDAP-related services, across the enterprise.Participate in software and server upgrades for IAM infrastructure.Provide engineering support for complex and recurring incidents related to IAM platforms, and perform root causes analysis in accordance with policies and standards.Resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk related to user IDs, credentials, and access.Implement customizations to address business requirementsEnsure processing and response to OKTA requests to deliver premium security and Access Management services to the organizationParticipate in security and application troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions with other infrastructure teams, including storage, messaging, server, and network.Occasional cross functional responsibilities for system engineeringParticipate in Okta reviews to improve IAMQualifications:Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, - Computers Science, or related field from an accredited college or universityExperience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience preferredFive (5) years of IT support experience requiredLicense/Certification: OKTA Certified Engineer preferredKnowledge of Microsoft technology such as Server, AD, DNS, Group Policy, and Office 365/Exchange, AzureKnowledge of PowerShell or Visual Basic, or other scripting language strongly preferredStrong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocolsUnderstanding of standard integration protocolsExperience in implementing cloud security concepts and policiesAbility to demonstrate sound judgment, reasoning and confidentialityExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written are requiredJob description for CyberArk:Responsible for download and interface maintenance; and may lead development of system components using product specific tools to create reports and other objects.Performs complex system administration.Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM)Support experience with CyberArk EPV (Enterprise Password Vault), Password Vault Web Access, Central Password Manager and Privileged Session Management.Experience in troubleshooting/support of CyberArk Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Password Manager (CPM) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM)Good understanding of AIM in push/pull models leveraging Usages and also through REST APIs to fetch the passwords into the configuration and applications.Monitors and validates tasks are executed based on business requirements and are in compliance with bank policy.Receives business requests and performs preliminary analysis to determine if desktop, application or network connection issues need escalation of the Service Desk.Partners with IT, vendors and business system analysts in performing root cause analysis and recommendation of viable solutions. Serves as escalation point for department employees.Reviews and analyzes trends, proposes and implements changes to reduce problem incidents. Ensures accuracy of all incidents reported for management reporting.Notifies and keeps Business Units and Department management abreast of system issues affecting the business.Proactively looks to review, evaluated, and automate existing processes.Ensures system administration documentation is up to date for all systems.QUALIFICATIONSPowerShell scripting - knowledge of safe creation using PowerShell, performing bulk uploads.Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and understand tuning and available configuration settingsStrong knowledge on incident/problem management processesExperience with Agile / Scrum IT methodology is a plusGeneral banking knowledge is a plusStrong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5+ years of relevant experience.
