    Job title: Operation ManagerLocation: Pune, MaharashtraType of Position: Full time with hyrbrid working locationJob profileWe are searching for the right candidate to fill the role of Operation Manager at our organisation.The responsibilities for the role include the following: At least 5 years experience in tour package design and bookings Bookings of hotel/vehicle/activities and other travel services for our tour packages andservices Vendor Management and relations Vendor payment management Communication with service providers Internal team travel bookings and document maintenance Attending travel trade shows Team outing management Tour Merchandise production and shipment to customers Customer air tickets and visa assistance Client data and document sharing with service providers Bookings managementCandidate profile preferred Male/Female/other Age group 30 years or older Physically disabled candidates also welcome Pune basedSkills Required for the job Bachelors degree in any field of study Courses in tourism are welcome At least five years work experience in operations management in tourism business Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Must know Microsoft Excel, email communication and basic computer operations Travel product design skills
