Job Description

You will assess current situation vs. desired stateYou will manage formal certification programs when applicableYou will customize and implement QAP/ QIP based on Amdocs Quality Best Practices and Policies based on the needs of the accounts and unitsYou will be accountable for executing action plan implementation, including defining and measuring KPIs / impacts / changes, developing program plans, and tracks progress in conjunction with the steering committeeYou will lead the Value Assurance Program implementation and realization to maximize the value to the CustomerYou will support the definition and execution of CSAT Improvement Plan and lifecycleYou will provide consulting services to accounts units You will predict and proactively act upon quality results, and promote quality improvement and the required focus

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Software Engineering
  • 6 to 8 yrs of experience
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL databases, HortonWorks Hadoop
  • Programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) - advantage
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics Why you will love this job:
