Knows what should be communicated, when, and to whom.Can identify the specific functions, responsibilities and key stakeholders of the Command & Control operation. Knowledge of, experience of working with ITIL processesHas identified customer needs, monitored and reported on the service level and taken action to solve service level issues.Understanding of the project lifecycle, with emphasis on validation and Live implementation phases.Ability to track adhere to Middleware product standards and acceptance criteria.Knowledge of software maintenance and patching, SSL encryption and certificate management, Cloud Technologies, Vulnerability Management and Scripting skillsAble to interpret and apply policies and standards.,
