Roles and responsibilities Operations Analyst Assigned Recruiter(s) In- progress Job Description A direct, full- time employment in a large, stable, rapidly growing and yet profitable company. Open door and highly ethical work culture, with due accountability.A full time resource to support OR Purchasing in a broad range of tasks including running reports for OR division, maintain costing sheets, invoice discrepancies resolution, monitor service level reports, enter pricing. Some of the roles and responsibilities Run report weekly to distribute to Product Manager s. PM s must work with their India team to reach out to branches to try and breakdown/ figure out why items are marked 02D Run HOLD report for division monthly. QA and PM s can return scrap decisions to corporate team, so scrap orders can be processed (once scrap is under control. Monthly distribution should be fine). Identify root cause for invoice discrepancy, pricing discrepancies and work with US and Shanghai team to get them resolved. Resolve unit of measure error Work with ROB (Reorder Buyer) to update the conversion factor to prevent future unit of measure issues, work with the returning team to return incorrect and excess products Run Surplus report to send to corporate team to distribute monthly for PM s Resolve surplus under direction of corporate guidance Maintain costing sheets provided by Corp. Update cost conditions Monitor Vendor service report sent by IM team identify top suppliers causing service issue s to distribute to Corporate OR team Run Monthly Save and Spend reports Open Invoice and Weekly Overbill tracking reports. Required Skills Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office especially on Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication in English Solid problem solver Positive attitudes towards problems and likes challenges Strong analytical capabilities with attention to details, thoughtful in considering all aspects of the problem and potential solutions Intellectually curious eager to learn, quick learner and like to ask questions Very organized in both file and data management Strong drive for results with and strong work ethics Ability to work independently and proactively SAP experience will be added advantage Educational Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree 2- 4 years of relevant experience Required Skills Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office especially on Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication in English Solid problem solver o Positive attitudes towards problems and likes challenges o Strong analytical capabilities with attention to details, thoughtful in considering all aspects of the problem and potential solutions o Intellectually curious eager to learn, quick learner and like to ask questions Very organized in both file and data management Strong drive for results with and strong work ethics Ability to work independently and proactively SAP experience will be added advantage,
